- UPS is responsible to ship all items with Track Number, you can check shipping status online anytime. Everything under your control.
- All items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered. If the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.
- Do NOT throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
