Yes, we ship internationally. We ship worldwide to all countries except
those listed at the bottom of each listing and our shipping
page. Please note buyers are responsible for all import
customs. Fees vary by country, so please verify with your customs

Can you mark International Custom
forms as 'Gift'?
No, we cannot do this. This is in illegal practice by some sellers and
is in violation of US Customs Law USC Title 13 Section 305 Chapter 9
which states penalties of up to $10,000 and/or 5 years of prison per
incident.
How do I get to your secure
checkout to complete my order?
There are several ways. You can click on the 'Checkout' button inside
the auction, the checkout link sent via email after winning the
auction, the 'Pay Now' button from within your MyEbay page, or simply
go to our
secure checkout.
Do you accept PayPal?
I'm having problems sending PayPal money.
Yes, we accept PayPal. In order to send money from PayPal you must
first complete our secure checkout process. We're not set up for direct
PayPal payments because many customers end up sending us payments
before they've selected a shipping method, and so don't send enough
money. This causes a lot of extra work and confusion sorting it out
with customers. Our secure checkout system allows you to first verify
your shipping address and allows you to select from a list of available
shipping options to get your correct order total. Then it will securely
transfer you over to PayPal to complete your order and make final
payment.
What address do I send my Money
Order to?
Ebay policy no longer allows us to accept payments made via money order
and checks.
When will you leave Feedback for me?
We are happy to leave positive feedback for our customers after payment
clears.
Is this an official US release?
Is this an Asian import or copy?
We sell only Officially Licensed, US Factory, Brand New items unopened
in their Original Shrink-wrap packaging and case. We do not sell Asian
imports, bootlegs, or copies. We sell the exact same items as you'd
find in major retail stores because we buy from the exact same
manufacturers and distributors.
Is this game a Platinum Hits /
Greatest Hits / Player's Choice version?
Sorry, we won't be able to answer this because videogame manufacturers
ship us mixtures of these versions along with the original versions.
Since they do not allow us to specify a choice we have no control over
our stock. All these types of versions come to be after a popular game
title has reached certain sales levels. The only difference between
these versions of the games and the original version is a slight change
on the cover art of the case to include the 'Hits' label. Otherwise,
these games are identical to the original in every way and are often
much cheaper than when the original first came out.
