1. Can I return an item?

Yes, many items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Defective, damaged, and incorrect items in your order can be returned with no penalty. Returned items must be in new or unused condition and include all original materials from the shipment, The return must be received in our warehouse within 45 days of delivery.

3. How long will it take my order to ship/be delivered?

Standard items will leave our warehouse within 3 days or order and should arrive within 5-10 business days. Oversize items will leave our warehouse within 10 business days and be delivered in 1-4 weeks.

You can cancel an item only if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.

6. Anything I can do if the item is non-returnable?

Non-returnable items can be returned only if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

7. What are LTL items?

LTL items are ones that are too large to be delivered by UPS. We ship them through freight carriers.

8. How do I receive LTL items?

Oversize items will be delivered directly to your shipping address by a freight carrier. Delivery schedules vary by carrier. You'll be contacted at the number you provided during checkout to arrange a delivery time.

9. What are refurbished products?

Refurbished or reconditioned items are ones that have been returned for reasons unrelated to the performance of the item. Some refurbished or reconditioned products will show slight amounts or wear and tear and, as such, are priced lower than the retail price.

10. What are your Security and Privacy policies?

We require both personally identifiable information (including, but not limited to, a physical address) as well as non-personally identifiable information (including, but not limited to, an email address) for an order to be placed. We generally keep a copy of this information for our records.
