A: All shipment labels are printed out straight through paypal. The tracking number will always be right next to the payment you made to me. You either click the link that says "CHECK SHIPMENT" or you can copy and paste the tracking number and go to usps.com and find out the information and progress of your delivery.

A: I mark everything as a "gift" or "sample" to help prevent you from incurring any customs fees.

Q: How Much Are Additional Lip Glosses & Lip Balms Each?

A: You pay the highest shipping cost first and then each additional lip balm/gloss ships for 50 cents each more unless you are buying large quantities and it will then ship either in a flat rate box or envelope. Again, please email for a revised discounted invoice.

A: I DO NOT ship first class mail to Italy any longer due to the large rate of postal theft. Any purchases made by ebayers in Italy will be shipped by Express mail only. If payments made do not reflect Express Mail or Priority Charge IT WILL BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY FOR THE CORRECT POSTAGE AMOUNT. This is the only way to insure that you will receive merchandise and I do not lose my product or money.
