 Q: How are items shipped to international buyers?
  A: The postal service (USPS) offers reasonable rates on international orders. NOTE: There is not full tracking on items posted internationally, however we do insure international items via ebay's Auctiva Ship Insurance to the full sale value. Shipping via UPS or Fedex with full tracking is available but much higher costs apply.
 Q: Will you ship to my country, and what is the added cost?
  A: We ship to many countries around the world - international shipping costs are higher. Check the item listing first for your country, if needed contact us for a shipping quote. We'll need your POSTAL CODE & COUNTRY to provide a quote. We NEVER pay for import duties and customs fees -these are ALWAYS paid by the recipient based upon in-country laws.
 Q: I live in Canada. Are my import duties and taxes included in my shipping charges?
  A: No. All import duties, customs fees and taxes are paid by the recipient upon delivery. We charge for the shipping portion only, we have no way of accurately determining in-country customs and import fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
 Q: Are all items immediately available from inventory?
  A: We make every effort to keep 100% of our ebay items in our immediate stock. It is rare, but only if our inventory system has an error in item inventory count can an item be out of stock. This is rare, but it can happen on less than 1% of purchases
 Q: Can I return an item if I am buying from outside the United States?
  A: Sorry, due to high import duty costs, international shipping costs, and the greater risk of shipping damage to the item, we do not allow returns from non-US locations.
 Q: Has my item shipped? I need to get my item quickly.
  A: We ship items in the order purchases are received and paid. With the long weekend, Mondays have the largest backlog. If you buy late Friday, your item will not ship until the following Monday. We cannot ship on UPS or USPS holidays, so please check the calendar in advance. If possible allow 5 BUSINESS DAYS for us to prepare your item for shipment.
 Q: Can I return an exhaust system part?
  A: Exhaust systems are warranted for manufacturing defects only. There is no warranty on exhaust related parts for any discoloration or blueing. Discoloration or blueing is related to engine tuning, timing, jetting, and/or overheating, and is not caused by defective manufacturing.
 Q: Can I use your parts on my custom street bike?
  A: Motorcycles modified with aftermarket parts, accessories, and performance engine parts may be restricted from use on public roads and / or limited to closed course use. Please see US EPA, NHTSA, and DOT regulations and your respective state's regulations. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regs.
 Q: Can I modify my own bike with your parts?
  A: The operation and riding of motorcycles is very dangerous. Building or modifying a custom motorcycle requires a level of engineering and design ability on the part of the builder / customizer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the suitability of any part to their application.
 Q: Are motorcycles safe to ride?
  A: Serious injury, death & property damage can result from the improper use, control, alteration, or maintenance of motorcycles. Riders must exercise good judgment in the use, control, alteration, part selection, installation & maintenance of motorcycles. Even when operated properly, motorcyclists are exposed to greater risks from other vehicles.
 Q: What is a GEL COAT finish? Do I have to paint it?
  A: "Gel coat" is an impregnated color in the top surface of the fiberglass resin on a fiberglass part (it looks like a modern boat hull). It just looks "ok" as a final finish - some owners do use it as is, but in most cases owners will paint it to match the rest of their bike (even for black). It's really a matter of personal preference and taste.
 Q: Do you ship to US Armed Forces AA, AE, AP, APO, FPO addresses?
  A: Yes we ship to Military addresses - free shipping to these addresses is via USPS Parcel Post. Please contact us if you need the item via a faster service at additional cost.
 Q: I live in Canada. Can I return my item?
  A: No sorry, due to high import costs and risk of item damage in transit, we do not accept returns on international purchases. Please ask all questions before buying.
 Q: My item shipped, but did not arrive. I would like a refund!
  A: There is a specific process for filing a lost item claim. The buyer MUST cooperate fully with the shipping or insuring company's claim process. We only refund AFTER the claim has been accepted by UPS, USPS, Fedex or the insuring company. Failure to cooperate fully with the process will result in no action on our part to assist with the lost item.
 Q: My item shipped, but arrived damaged. How do I get a refund?

 Q: What is USPS SMALL FLAT RATE BOX shipping?
  A: This is the lowest cost method for shipping small items worldwide. Due to the low cost, there is very limited tracking on the small flat rate box. If you require full tracking on your item please notify us in advance that you do not want to ship via a small flat rate box. Higher shipping charges will apply to get full tracking on your item.
 Q: How do I return an item.
  A: We use ebay's "Hassle Free Returns". If you are still within the allowable time & the item is in as-new condition contact us via eBay messaging to let us know you would like to return. If we are not notified in advance, we cannot guarantee that the box will be accepted in our shipping area upon arrival, and delays and/or non-acceptance will result.
 Q: How long does it take for international postal shipments to arrive?
  A: CANADA: Average 7-14 days, Sometimes 14-30 days EUROPE: Average 10-24 days, Sometimes 24-35 days ASIA AUSTRALIA: Average 14-28 days, Sometimes 28-40 days The occasional long delivery times are usually the result of delays in clearing customs, recipient address errors, recipient not home to accept delivery, and delays due to peak holiday shipping
 Q: Can you ship to an alternate address?
  A: Due to eBay and PayPal Buyer Protection guidelines, we are only permitted to ship to your eBay registered and PayPal confirmed address. If you need to cancel a purchase so you can change your ebay address and then buy the item again with the correct address, please contact us and we will be glad to assist.
 Q: Can you combine multiple items into one box to save on shipping cost?
  A: Yes, please request combined shipping BEFORE paying for your items. Click "buy-it-now" on the items you need, but do not make the paypal payment, Next click on "request total", we will send you an ebay invoice with shipping combined. Combined shipping cost is based on total weight, on heavier items the savings is not as high as lighter items.
 Q: Where is my shipment tracking information?
  A: We ship items as quickly as possible. The ebay message system will automatically send tracking information to your email address on file when we ship. Make sure your spam filter allows these messages thru. You can also log-in to ebay and go to your "purchase history" or "items bought" links and see tracking #s there for all your shipped items.
 Q: I live in Hawaii, how are shipments made to Hawaii?
  A: "Standard" shipping to Hawaii is via USPS Parcel Post and can take 3-4 weeks to arrive. We recommend that you contact us before buying to upgrade to Priority mail at additional cost.
 Q: I live in Puerto Rico, how are shipments made to Puerto Rico?
  A: "Standard" shipping to Puerto Rico is via USPS Parcel Post and can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. We recommend that you contact us before buying to upgrade to Priority mail at additional cost.

 Q: How do I start a "Hassle Free Return"?
  A: To start the "hassle free" return, just go to your "items bought" area on ebay and on the right side click on "return this item" next to the item to start the ball rolling. Be sure the item(s) are in 100% as-new condition and to return all the original manufacturers packaging so we will be able to accept the return.
