USED CLOTHING: We describe them to the best of our ability and like to limit returns. There is a chance that a size 3T item will be listed as a size 3 in the listing, we will not accept a return or discount for this error. In addition, if a dress doesn't list a diaper cover, then it doesn't come with a diaper cover.
In regard to POTTERY BARN KIDS items: All Pottery Barn Kids items are bought from a local Pottery Barn, not an outlet. We remove and examine most Pottery items from its packaging to check for flaws and to make sure all hardware is included. Please also note, that some of the packaging is not in the best condition.
Please Note: We generally ship TWO TIMES a week (Mondays and Saturdays, usually). ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
We try to answer emails quickly. Please note, we don't mind buyers making lower offers on items but PLEASE be realistic in the offer! We do sell for friends and family so we cannot take lower offers all items.
We do expect that if you purchase from our store you will be paying IMMEDIATELY and for auctions we expect payment within 3 days, UNLESS YOU CONTACT US to let us know you will need extra time to pay.
In regards to shipping to outside the United States, while we do ship outside the US, we do require buyers to contact us PRIOR TO BUYING/BIDDING so we can explain our shipping terms. In addition, we do charge additional fees for shipping outside the United States.
