Great location and good transaction. although not sure why there’s a shipping cost for a guest certificate that typically is emailed.  also received guest certificate after we came back from the strip. Not sure that was worth $10 shipping fee.

Ebay requires sellers to physically ship a confirmation. I agree electronic shipping should be enough but it's not. I guess people took advantage.
