How many sticks are in the pack? When regarding Indian Incense, we don't know the exact stick count as it is always random. The general rule of thumb is: 1 gram = 1 stick; but, because they are hand-rolled this varies as the more inexperienced rollers may put too much or too little resin on the stick. Regardless, you get 100 grams and each gram burns for approx. 40 minutes; so, whether that's on 92 or 100 sticks does not really matter, it's still 4000 minutes.
How do I combine my order? All multi-item, orders are packed, weighed and invoiced in the order received based on weight. Please expect your invoices within 24 hours or on Mon./Tues. when ordering after 3PM Fri. - S/H is closed weekends.
I haven't received feedback for making payment? Our positive feedback is completely automated; and thus, to receive it you must leave it after you get your order. Though we enjoy reading feedback we had to choose to spend the time giving better customer service and shopping the market to keep your prices low. We use the system as a way for our customers to let us know: they received their orders; what they think of our service, the products and their TOTAL experience shopping with us.
