| |  | Shipping time: All auction items ship within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Inevitably some items do sell out, contact us for accurate shipping time.
Shipping & handling charges: We charge a minimal fee of $3 for materials used and the fees incurred, this cost will also include insurance. For out of country it will be a little bit more.
- All of our packages are professionally packed. We use sturdy cardboard boxes, packed tightly with heavy duty Kraft brown paper. Boxes are sealed with our official POL tape. We have ensured that your item will not slide around or be damaged in shipping. If damage does occur, please contact the shipping company or us immediately.
- We will send you tracking information the day after your item has shipped. Please supply us with your email address.
- You will receive a packing slip with your order, please compare it to your order. If there is any discrepancies please contact us right away. We will reconcile your order.
- If you have an issue with the shipping cost or think that it is unreasonable, please DON’T proceed with the order. Contact us first, there may be a cheaper route or we could combine shipping for you.
- We will be willing to do a return if there is a problem that we cannot fix. Please contact us and we will send you an RGA number.
Shipping:
We provide our choice of daily UPS ground shipping to the continental 48 states. We will Ship to Hawaii and Alaska, P.R. & U.S.V.I. but you must call for a shipping quote to your location. The quote will be in excess of the standard shipping charge. We can ship to international destinations. We do allow pick up's, but please call first for availability. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We can ship to Canada. We will e-mail your UPS tracking number after we prepare the shipment. Once we receive your payment please allow up to 2-4 weeks to receive. Most items ship out within 48 hours of order. If you prefer a different shipping method, please inquire. Ebay shipping calculations may vary from actual cost.
Paying with Paypal Shipping info:
We will ship to the address provided with your paypal payment. Should you want us to ship to a different address other than what is on your paypal payment, the alternate address must be included in the NOTE section of your paypal payment. Because of the volume of emails and phone calls we receive, should you send an alternate address in a seperate email, we will not guarantee that it will be shipped to that address.
