As we attempt to bring on new items regularly and always changing the products to keep our customers happy, certain sizes are not always available and run out fast. We do urge you to add us to your list and keep checking back. |
| Q:I have just bought an item but I will like to change the size. Can you help me? |

| A:Please send us an email if you will like to change to size so we can confirm we do have the size that you want in stock. We will instruct you to indicate the size swap in the shipping instruction when you proceed to checkout. However if the item has been posted, we will not be able to change the size for you. |
| Q:I live in Melbourne too, can I pick up my item? |

| A:Sorry but pick-up option is not available at this stage. |
| Q:Can you please send me an invoice for my items? |

| A:Our system will allow you to generate your own invoice. Just use checkout now button located on every auction page. For multiple item orders you can use the checkout now link on any of your winning auction pages. ebay's checkout now button will also direct you to our checkout.Once in our checkout you can select the payment and shipping
option. |
| Q:I haven’t received my item yet, what should I do? |

| A:First of all, you should check the approximate shipping time to determine if the item is overdue. If it is, then you should contact us with your address to verify that it has been posted to the accurate address. If the address is right, we will further follow up on your parcel with Australian Post. |

| A:Yes we do.
To qualify for that, you would have to order 10 or more on any single item. Please contact us for more information. |
| Q:Why don’t you reply to my email? |

| A:We normally reply within 24 hours. However sometimes due to spam filter or extremely high volume, there might be some delay. If this is the case, please email us at petitude1@gmail.com directly or call us. Please include your ebay id and item number in your enquiry. |
| Q:I’m not 100% satisfied with the transaction, should I leave a negative feedback? |

| A:Absolutely not, we value all the feedback that we receive. Please give us a chance to reach a resolution and we are most willing to work with you to ensure that you are happy with the transaction. |
| Q:Why isn’t your #L really Large, as in for a Labrador? |

| A:Our #L does not always indicate that they are meant for large dogs such as Labrador. Some of our items are generally targeted at smaller breeds such as the toy dogs.
Exact dimensions are always given in the listing. Please measure carefully to prevent in order to prevent disappointment. |
| Q:I bought a wrong size, what can I do? |

| A:For wrong sized items, simply send back to us to swap for the right size. If we do not have the size that you desire, we will be happy to give you store credit for your item. |
| Q:I would like to purchase/bid on more items. Can I wait to pay for them altogether and combine shipping? |

| A:We do offer 3.00AUD and (or its equivalent in other currency) on postage and handling for each additional won or purchased.
Please do not check out or pay for any of your items until you have finished shopping (must be within 7 days of your first original item). |
| Q:I have got a maltese (insert dog breed here), what size should I get? |

| A:Dog breeds are generally used as a reference only and are not recommended to be used as a size guide. To avoid disappointment, please measure your dog against our size chart. |
| Q:I have not received my item. What should I do? |

| A:If you haven't received your order within 10 days (Australia) or 30 days (outside Australia), please contact us with reconfirmation of you mailing address (*important*) and item detail. We will investigate and contact you. |
| Q:My dog looks so beautiful after putting on the outfit, can I send you a picture? |

| A:Yes, definitely. Please send it to petitude1@gmail.com. We might even feature your pooch in our ebay auction as our featured picture. And of course if the photo is selected, we will even offer you some free gift or discount for your future visits in our store. :) |
