The item itself arrived as described, instead of being sent as a package though it was sent in a letter envelope with very little protection. As a pin collector you want your pins shipped with the utmost care. There were some complications with my local postal service which caused a delay in the items arrival, the seller reached out with an unappreciated comment. I understand wanting to get paid but it’s important to be respectful of your buyers.

Hello,I don't know if you are mistaking with someone else, but:1- I protect all my pins with the white fluffy product used to protect TVs. Did your pin arrived damaged?2- I wasn't aware you had a complication with your post office, but then would I be responsible for that? Moreover, I sent you a message to notify you that your post tried to deliver and that you should contact them.3- I don't understand about you saying I want to get paid: payment is received when you purchase.Respectfully

Fantastic seller, this person is great at communication, easy to work with, great packaging, and he is quick to ship. I received authentic Disneyland Paris at a good price. It came directly from Paris so if you are the kind of person who wants your pin in 3 or 4 days this isn't for you, understand they are coming directly from France but they are well worth the wait. Plus he can get pins that just aren't available in the US.
