No. There is no physical calling card. You will receive your Instant Calling Card information by email within 10 minutes of your order.
Do I get my calling card instantly?
Yes. You will receive your Instant Calling Card within 10 minutes of placing your 7 days a week, between the hours of 9am and 6pm PST. orders placed outside normal business hours will be emailed the following day.
When will I be able to use my calling card?
Instantly. Once your Instant Calling Card is emailed to you, it's ready to use.

What is your return policy?
We will issue you a full refund as long as the full balance of your Instant Calling Card is still available.

How do I use the calling card I just purchased?
- Dial the toll-free access number emailed to you
- When prompted, enter the PIN number email to you
- When prompted, dial the destination number:
- For US calls enter 1 + Area Code + Phone Number
- For International calls enter 011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone Number.
Does my calling card expire?
Yes. Every calling card has an expiration date of 6 months to 1 year that begins after the first time you use your calling card. However, expiration dates are renewable and reset once you add more time to your calling card by recharging.
Are your calling card rechargeable?
Yes. This is a convenient feature as it allows you to keep one PIN and simply add more time to it as needed
Can I access my call records?
Yes. You can access your call records by logging in to your account to keep track of your spending and insure the proper billing of your minutes. Your call records are available to you instanly any time of the day.
Do rates vary based on the time of day?
No. We offers the same low rates, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
