We've been selling Super Nintendo Games on eBay since 2002. So we have a lot of experience in dealing with with the games, problems and customers. 3. We really, really, want to make this the most awesome store to buy Super Nintendo items in. Hopefully in the future will be able to expand to other Nintendo Systems. :) 4. We love games!! but well who doesn't right? and if they don't whats wrong with them? They need to start playing! 5. We realise were not perfect, but we are gonna try our hardest to give you the best buying experience possible. 6. We ship out our products 6 days a week. Q. Do you offer special combined shipping discounts?
A.
Yes, you will basically save $3 off total shipping for each and any additional
item purchased in our store. So if you bought a Super Nintendo system and 5 games the total
shipping cost would be $29.94 and then the discount off would
be $15.00 because you bought 5 additional items (5 x $3 = $15). Subtract the $15.00 from the $29.94 and the actual
shipping price you end up paying is $14.94. You just saved $15! :)
Q. How do I get the combined shipping discount applied to my order?
A.
In order to receive the combined shipping discount you must do a "Buy
it Now", or win all of the items you want first, and then after that,
when you go to pay for any one of them it will automatically combine
the items together and calculate the shipping discount for you.
Q. Do you ship outside the US?A. Sorry, we no longer ship outside the US. To many problems with items not arriving on time.Q. How much is shipping?A.
The answer to that question can be found by clicking on the "Shipping
& Payments" section on the item description Page. Generally are
shipping prices for games is $3.99, manuals $2.99 and systems is $9.99.Q. Is there a tracking number and where can I view it?A.
Yes, all packages are shipped out with a tracking number. You should be
able to view this tracking number from your ebay account under items
you've "Won". You should also be able to view it on the paypal payment.Q. Can I get this item shipped out Express Mail?A. Yes, we will ship Express Mail upon request. You must be willing to pay the expensive Express Mail fees.Questions about our products conditionsQ. What condition is this game in?A. All of the games we sell are opened up, cleaned and till they work every time. The physical condition of the games can vary somewhat. The game may have a sticker on it (wont be completely covered in stickers though), some of the games may have some marker on them that we were unable to remove. We will not send you a game with a destroyed label. The games will not have cracks, or major damage to them. Some of the games might have some yellowing to the plastic. In rare cases we will replace the game label with one that we made. We try to clean most of the dirt off the games, but we can't guarantee will get it all every time. I'd say at least 90% of the games are in very good condition. If the condition of the game is very important to you, then I suggest contacting us and finding out the exact condition of the game.Q. What condition is the system in?A. We provide accurate details about the system in every description. If any information is not listed there you may contact us.Q. What condition is this manual in?A. We wont list manuals in bad condition. They wont be torn and wont have stickers on them. We try to only list good manuals. It is possible some of them might have writing in them. Since we do not have the time to check through every page of every manual. If it is important that the manual is in great condition to you. Then we suggest contacting us.Q. Can I get more pictures of this item?A. We will send more detailed pictures upon request in certain situations. If we are really busy we may not. You'll have to contact us to find out. Q. Some of your pictures say "Stock Photo" or "Actual Photo" on them?A. "Stock Photo" means that the picture displayed is just for reference purposes only. The game you receive may, or may not be in the same condition as the "Stock Photo" picture. "Actual Photo" means what you see is exactly what you're gonna get.Payment QuestionsQ. What methods of payments do you guys accept?A. We only accept payments through PayPal. Paypal is the safest way to pay with your credit/debit card, or bank account online. If you don't have it already. Then we highly recommend that you get it.Q. How do I setup a PayPal account?A. It is actually pretty easy. Just go to www.paypal.com and click on "Sign Up". Everything is pretty self explanatory from there. Takes a few minutes. Trust me it'll be worth it in the end.Q. How long do I have to pay?A. After 7 Days an unpaid item case will be opened up. Then you have 7 more days till you receive an unpaid item strike. So you have 14 days max to pay for the item. We suggest paying within 7 days to avoid any complications. |
