The shipping was fast, and the seller was pleasant. When my item arrived it had damages that were not expected as the item was not inspected for quality by the seller prior to shipment. Although the seller does not accept returns, he did issue a full refund with sincere apologies.
Even though I did not get the product in new condition, I would describe this as a good experience with the seller and in the future would buy from him again. Thank you Doug for your understanding and quick responses.
