My main aim as a postcard Seller is to add to your fun of collecting. My secondary aim is to transfer part of this postcard avalanche from my house to yours. If you're looking for a card topic or place that isn't in my store, email me with your want list. I have many more thousands of cards, and I'd be happy to list some in your interests.
Explanation of My Shipping Costs and Fairness Policy:
USA: Shipping Charges are based on the actual costs for stamps and shipping materials. With current Postal Service rates, I can mail at least 3 and usually 4 (regular or continental size) postcards for an actual cost of $1.39-$1.69 by sturdy cardboard photo mailer. I charge a flat rate of $1.50. Shipping 5 or more postcards increases the thickness, so the mailer becomes a First Class Package at higher rates. Actual cost for shipping 5 cards is $2.30 to $2.50. I charge $2.25-2.50 for 5+ cards. Please Always request a discounted combined shipping invoice for more than one item. The US Postal Service recently increased rates and is expected to raise them again every Spring. See **Fairness Policy below.
CANADA and Other Countries: Charges are based on the actual costs for stamps and shipping materials used. Costs recently increased significantly for shipments by sturdy cardboard photo mailer to all non-USA addresses. I usually can send up to 2 postcards for my basic rate of $1.75 to Canada and $2.50-2.60 to all other countries. Mailing more than 2 postcards increases the weight to over 2 ounces, causing a dramatic jump in stamp cost. Just as with mailings within the USA, more than 4 postcards increases the mailer thickness to the First Class International Package classification with higher rates. Shipping costs to Canada are based on my best estimate for postage costs and are a little higher than shipping within the USA. In all other countries, each additional ounce (3+) raises the stamp cost by 80 cents. Please Always request a discounted combined shipping invoice for more than one item.
**FAIRNESS POLICY: I treat you as I like to be treated when I'm the buyer---fairly and honestly. If I overestimate the actual cost for stamps and materials by 20 cents or more, I refund the unneeded amount through PayPal or by USA stamps.
