 Q: My tracking number is not working?
  A: The USPS does not always scan our shipments into the system right away. Please allow a few days for your tracking info to update. Also note that daily updates are not available. Many times the tracking will only update on the day of delivery. This is normal so don't worry - your has been shipped and is in transit!
 Q: International Shipping Duties/Taxes
  A: International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
 Q: Do you offer combined shipping?
  A: Yes! The combined shipping discount is $1.00 off the posted S&H rates for each extra item purchased. To qualify you must make all of your purchases prior to checkout and then pay for them together. Orders paid for separately cannot be combined later.
