Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, we are happy to combine shipping for items won within the same week (seven days). If you are bidding on more than one item, please wait to pay until you have received a combined invoice at the end of both auctions. Combined Shipping prices are based on weight, location of buyer and size of box required. We will make every attempt to combine shipping on International purchases however box size is restricted to 15"1/4" x 12 15/16" x 3" and 4 lbs.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to Canada, Australia and the UK. If you live in another country please contact us to be pre-approved for bidding.

Q: I have sent payment , When will my merchandise be shipped?
A: We ship fast, usually the day after your payment is cleared by PayPal. We also ship 6 days a week. We ship USPS Priority Mail Only with Delivery Confirmation. Your merchandise is shipped from Michigan.

Q: What is my tracking number?
A: Please go to your winning auction and click on View Order Details. You should be able to review the tracking number with USPS once you item has been shipped.

Q: Can you ship the item to my sister's house?
A: We can ship to any address if you are paying by money order or cashiers check. We can only ship to your confirmed PayPal shipping address when you pay with PayPal. If you have special shipping instructions it is best to pay with a cashiers check or money order. We are required to follow all PayPal policies to be protected under their sellers protection policy and we must prove delivery to the address the buyer has listed as a ship to address on their PayPal account.
