We ship items as payment are received. We ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation-NO EXCEPTIONS. We provide and require signature confirmation on any auction when the winning bid is in excess of $250 as required by PayPal. Please note: Due to the size and handle style of the handbags we sell, it is sometimes necessary to use a LARGE BOX when shipping. A large box may also be required if you win multiple handbag auctions. All auctions will be wrapped with loving care to protect them during transit. We combine shipping. The cost of combined shipping depends on weight, location of buyer and size of box. Large orders will require UPS shipping. If you purchase multiple auctions please wait to be invoiced before paying. We ship International to Canada, Australia and the UK. Combined shipping is only offered on smaller items when shipping International. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES ~ NO EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT AS THE SHIP TO ADDRESS.

We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee if you receive a item that does not match our auction description and you contact us within 7 days from the closing date of the auction. If you receive an item that you are not happy with we will refund the auction less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Please note, when we sell used merchandise it will be listed in auction as "USED" and therefore All Sales will be Final. Returns must be received within 14 days from closing date of the auction. We do not refund shipping fees or pay for return shipping under any circumstances.

Most of our bags are listed as Store display. This means the handbag is USED as a display handbag in our retail store. It has been handled by customers. It may be in perfect condition, or it may have scratches, nicks, marks, or soil. We try to explain to the best of our ability any problems we see. We are human, and things can be missed. When bags are Used it is impossible to describe every characteristic detailing the use of the bag. We list the major flaws noted. Customer Returns are bags that have been purchased and returned by the customer. Trade In bags are bags we have purchased back from our customers. These bags are always USED. We are not affiliated or endorsed by any of the manufactures we sell.

We try very hard to earn your 5 Star Rating by answering questions in a timely manner, shipping immediately, detailing the descriptions of the merchandise and charging fair shipping prices.
