1) How long will it take to receive my item ?

Every jersey we sell is "Customized" (sewing of the player's name and numbers) after payment has been received. This customization process requires a lead time of 5-6 business days to complete. This means that your jersey will only ship out from our warehouse after 5-6 business days from the date of payment. Delivery will then take an additional 3-6 business days to arrive depending on where you are located (NY, PA, NJ - 3 days, CA, AZ, TX - 6 days). The above lead time is in effect irregardless of the shipping method chosen (Standard or Expedited).

2) What is your Return Policy?

We offer a full return and refund policy for 14 days on any items shipped in error, or shipped with a manufacturing defect. We will replace or refund the returned item(s) including shipping costs once we have recieved them.

Very Important:
Please verify the size you need by referencing our detailed "Sizing Chart", because although we do accept returns and exchanges for sizing issues, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the jersey back to us in Canada, and to re-ship a new jersey.

As well a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to the price of the jersey. This fee is to cover the Canadian duties and taxes that we will be charged by Canadian Customs to accept your parcel when you return it back to us in Canada. There are no returns on Special Order "Custom/Personalized" jerseys. To return your item(s) please contact us via email so that we can give you a Return Authorization number.

3) How will my item be shipped ?

The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS standard ground service.  There are a small amount of orders (APO, Rural locations). which ship via the Postal Service. Every UPS shipment includes insurance and features detailed tracking info which will be emailed to the buyer once the package has been shipped.  For buyers in Hawaii, and Alaska we only ship via UPS "Expedited" service at a cost of $ 36.00

4) Do you offer Expedited shipping ?

We do offer UPS Expedited shipping at a cost of $ 36.00. Please keep in mind that choosing Expedited shipping has no effect and does not speed up the lead time to prepare the jersey (5-6 days). It simply means that when your jersey is ready to ship it will arrive much sooner (2-3 days).  

5) Do you ship Worldwide ?

We only ship to the USA, Canada, and Western Europe.  European purchases are shipped via UPS "Expedited" service at a cost of $ 36.00

6) Do you offer "Combined" shipping fees ?

We do offer combined shipping fees for multiple purchases. Simply add $ 3.00 additional shipping for each additional item purchased.

7) Do you offer additional discounts for multiple purchases ?

The prices we have listed are our lowest prices irregardless of the quantity purchased
