 Q: How can I search for products quickly in our ebay store Pyjamamania?
  A: You can quickly find exactly what you're looking for by entering a description in the Search box.
 Q: Where can I find sizing information?
  A: Size Charts are located on most of our products, otherwise check in our home page "Size Charts".
 Q: How can I properly size myself for a bra?
  A: Please refer to our home page "How to get the correct Bra size?"
 Q: Do you combine multiple purchases?
  A: Yes we do combine multiple purchases. Our postage charges for 2-100 items is $11.00 so feel free to add anything else to your order as you will not be paying any extra postage. We will send you a revised invoice at the end of your purchases with the reduced postage rate.
 Q: How often do you post?
  A: We post on a daily basis.
 Q: Do you exchange or refund?
  A: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed. Should it occur we will minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis; replacement, refund, . . whatever works best for you.
 Q: What payment options do you accept?
  A: PayPal, Direct Deposit or Money Order are welcomed.
 Q: Is pick up available?
  A: You can purchase these items direct from our warehouse in Preston. We are located at: Pyjamamania 41 Raglan St Preston VIC 3072 Ph: 03 9484 7339 Open Monday-Friday 9am-3pm Please call us beforehand to ensure we are open and that we have your item at our warehouse ready for purchase and pick up.
 Q: Can we choose our own colours if there are a few listed?
  A: Yes you may choose your colours. Just let me know at the end of your purchase which colours you would prefer.
 Q: Are returns allowed?
  A: If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn / unused and returned in a reasonable time frame.
 Q: Are our parcels trackable?
  A: All parcels are fully tracked. If you’re not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels it’s not safe to leave, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office. Specific delivery instructions can be added in the comments field during checkout, eg. “please leave on porch if not home”.
