Placing an eBay Order
Buy-It-Now Orders: Simply enter your quantity and click the blue Buy-it-Now button. Then review your order and commit to buy. If you are purchasing multiple items from our store, place all orders before making payment to ensure you receive the lowest possible combined shipping rate.
Auctions: To bid on an auction item, click on the Place Bid button and enter your maximum bid. Click the continue button, review your bid, and click the Confirm Bid button.

Sales Tax
Washington State residents must pay 9.5% sales tax on all purchases.
U.S. Shipping
Your order ships the next business day following receipt of your cleared payment. After shipment, we provide you with an online tracking number. Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or First Class Mail services. Delivery times are as follows:
- Priority Mail: 2-3 days
- First Class Mail: 2-5 days
- Parcel Post: 2-8 days

International Shipping
Your order ships within 3 business days following receipt of your cleared payment, and we provide you with an online tracking number. We ship internationally using USPS Priority Mail International. The vast majority of shipments outside the USA take 6-10 days for delivery. Occasionally a package will get delayed in your country's Customs office, which is not within our control. International shipments may incur import duty, value-added tax (VAT) or clearance fees as determined by local laws and regulations. When completing shipping documents, we specify the actual price paid for each item. Fees, if any, are calculated by Customs officials at your country's border. For more information on Customs and importing within your country, contact your Customs office or check information online.
14-Day Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 14 days for a refund. Unopened items returned in new condition are refunded in full. Items returned opened or with damaged packaging incur a 20% restocking charge. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of use, are missing pieces, or are scratched, chipped, or damaged. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. If you received free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. To return an item, simply email us to obtain a return authorization, package the item for safe shipment, and ship the item back to us within 14 days from receipt of original shipment.
