We ship out all orders the following business day after payment is received. If payment is received by 12pm ET on a normal week day your order will most likely go out that very same day. We pride ourselves on this expedited service and will do our best to contact you in case of any delays. A tracking number will be emailed to you soon after your order ships out.

At this time we offer UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Next Day Air to all our domestic customers. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes and that UPS Ground only delivers to the continental United States.

At this time we are shipping internationally via United States Postal Service (USPS) Express service. This service is stated as 3-5 day delivery by the post office. To receive a quote for international shipping costs you must email your destination address and order details to our customer service address.


At this time we can only accept PayPal payments.


Return Policy - 30 Night Comfortable Sleep Guarantee:

Pacific Pillows has a 30 Night Comfortable Sleep Guarantee. Any item can be returned for any reason to Pacific Pillows within 30 nights of the date that the order is placed providing that the item is in LIKE NEW condition.

The guidelines for a return under the 30 Night Comfortable Sleep Guarantee exist in our return policy so that there are no misunderstandings. These guidelines may seem like a lot, but in actuality the return policy is fairly liberal and easy to understand.

The key is that if you are going to return products you must request a return authorization number within 30 days by contacting customer service and requesting a return number along with outlining the items you would like to return.

Beyond our 30 day satisfaction guarantee, all products are covered by a 5 year warranty from defects. So, if after 30 days any defect develops, your item will still be covered by our warranty. This warranty must be exercised through Pacific Pillows.


Return Process/Policy:

Return Process:  We accept returns within 30 days of the date that the order was placed. Any item can be returned for any reason providing that the item is in BRAND NEW condition. Upon receipt of the item we will refund you the full purchase price of the item through the manner that the payment was made. This means that if the payment was made through PayPal, the return will be done to the PayPal account provided when the order was originally placed.

However, shipping is not refundable for any reason. Occasionally, we offer a free shipping promotion. If you received free shipping when you placed your order you will have your complete purchase price refunded less $7.00 to offset some of our shipping expense.

If you need to return your order you will need to contact us before you return your order. We will issue a return authorization number (RA number) to be written on the box and the address where the item should be sent. At this point it will be your responsibility to return/pay for any costs of returning the item to Pacific Pillows. Any items returned without RA numbers cannot be processed and will be refused.

Condition of the Product:  To be eligible to return product to Pacific Pillows under our 30 Night Sleep Comfortable Sleep Guarantee any product you return must be in LIKE NEW condition.

When we get product returned to our warehouse that is not brand new we have to either a) return this product to the manufacturer for a refund or b) donate the product to charity. If the product is not in like new condition we are unable to take either of these actions.

For this reason: 1) any product that has been damaged or stained cannot be returned, 2) any product that has been used in an environment where persons have smoked near the product cannot be returned, and 3) any product that is missing any of its original retail packaging or labels cannot be returned. If you return any product that is not eligible to be returned your return shipment will be refused.

Specifically, they are used to identify specific lines of products we carry, the manufacturer of products we carry, features of products we carry, and hotel properties where the products we carry can be found. Pacific Pillows does not assert ownership to any of these marks and acknowledges that they are valid trademarks registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office owned by their respective registrants. The hotel names associated with our pillows are used to allow our customers to identify where the pillows we sell are prominently featured; this use is not intended to imply any contractual relationship with or official endorsement by the respective owners of the trademarks.
