General Shipping:
Take comfort in knowing that if you purchase from us, your item will arrive promptly! We understand that you have purchased your item for a reason and most likely wanted it "yesterday" so we take great pride in shipping your package out as quickly as possible. We also take great care in securely packing your item so it will arrive in perfect condition just as expected.
We currently have a great SHIPPING PROMOTION for Columbia jacket purchases sent via UPS Ground within the Continental USA. If you purchase more than one Columbia item you will only be charged shipping on the heaviest item you purchase ~ the rest will ship at no additional charge! This offer is not valid for Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO or international deliveries, nor is it valid on expedited deliveries via USPS Express or Priority Mail.
Shipping within the Continental USA:
USPS Priority Mail: The majority of our domestic USA packagess are delivered via USPS Priority Mail. The USPS shipping rate listed in each ad will specify what the shipping cost is. If you purchase multiple items (not just a single item) the package will be combined and most likely be sent via UPS Ground. Please see below for UPS Ground deliveries.
Within the USA, USPS Priority Mail deliveries will take about 3 or 4 days.
USPS Express Mail: If you need your item even quicker we can also expedite your shipment via USPS Express Mail. The time frame for delivery using Express Mail will vary depending upon your zip code. Some zip codes will receive overnight delivery with Express Mail while the remainder will receive 2nd Day Air delivery. Please email us if you have any questions regarding expedited delivery, or if you are in urgent need of a package and want to make sure it will arrive on time. An email with "Urgent Shipping Issue" in the subject line will help to make sure we address your concern promptly.
UPS GROUND for Combined Shipments: If you purchase multiple items the package will be combined and sent via UPS Ground. Delivery on the West Coast will take around 3 days while delivery to the East Coast will take one full week.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO:
All Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and FPO packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail. The cost for shipping these packages is the same as the cost listed in the ad for other USA deliveries on single item shipments. If you purchase more than one item, the package will be combined into one shipment and the shipping cost will be the actual rate that the post office charges us. Please email us for a combined shipping total if you purchase more than one item.
Hawaii and Alaska packages are shipped the day following receipt of payment in most cases. APO and FPO packages are sent 2 or 3 times a week since they require a trip to the post office. APO/FPO delivery time varies depending upon your destination. Express delivery is not available for APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping:
International deliveries outside the USA will ship via USPS. Each ad will have an international shipping calculator so you can calculate the cost of your shipping and see your different shipping options before you bid. Just scroll toward the bottom of the ad to find the calculator and to select your country. We can ship via USPS Global Express (3 to 5 days) or USPS Global Priority Mail (6 to 10 days). The delivery time does not take into account delays at the border for customs so please keep that in mind when ordering if you are in a hurry for the item. We are not responsible for any delays that are incurred at the border.
If you are outside the USA and would like to purchase multiple items, please contact us to see if combined shipping is available. We normally combine your shipment and charge you the actual shipping rate that the post office charges us. In some cases, however, we are not able to combine more than $250 worth of merchandise into one package so please contact us prior to bidding.
