Payments
We
accept: Pay Pal (preferred), and all major credit
cards. Please note that eBay has disallowed the acceptance of money orders
and checks for ALL sellers on their site.
Winning bidder will receive an email from us with all of the auction
information, including payment address, Pay Pal address and other pertinent
information.
Pay Pal
information: If paying via Pay Pal, we only ship to
confirmed addresses.
International bidders: We accept Pay Pal and international money orders.
Please
note: Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction's closing date. If
you cannot meet these requirements, please
email us immediately.
Shipping
We ship on
Tuesday's and Thursday's. Smaller items may be shipped throughout the
week, however, we are committed to shipping on Tuesday's and Thursday's.
Shipping methods: Our preferred
method of shipping is UPS, almost all of our items will be shipped via this
carrier. We also use USPS Priority Mail (for smaller items) and Fed Ex if
needed. Auctions will either have a flat cost for shipping, or an eBay
shipping calculator attached (at the bottom right of the auction listing).
Note: All media items
(records, CDs, DVDs and VHS) are shipped via USPS Media Mail.
Insurance: We will insure your item
for an additional cost! All UPS orders under $100 are shipped fully
insured! If you winning bidder chooses to have the item shipped insured
via USPS, additional insurance charges may apply.
Tracking
numbers will be provided to the winning bidder once the item ships (where
applicable).

International Bidders
We ship
internationally! Most orders are shipped USPS First Class International
Mail, or USPS Priority International Mail. Please visit eBay's
international calculator and change the country to your specific country to
determine your shipping costs.
We strive
to ship your international order quickly and efficiently, and will provide
tracking numbers where available. We accept only Pay Pal or international
money orders for payment for an international order.
The only
international shipments that are trackable are those sent via Global Express
Mail (you do have the option of having your package sent via this method).
All other packages sent via the US Mail system are NOT trackable. If your
non-trackable package (shipped via USPS Priority International Mail or Global
Express Mail) is lost for 30 days, we can put a trace on it. The post
office advises us that your international package will take upward of 60 days or
more to trace. Once it is in their hands, we can only facilitate the
tracing of this item, and will not offer any type of refund until we receive a
refund via the US Postal Service.
If your
USPS First Class International package does not show up within the estimated
time frame, we must wait for it to arrive. There is NO recourse with the
US post office for packages shipped via this method.
Refunds and Returns
We will
offer a refund and provide a return call tag for a return for items that do not
meet the item description. Please email us to request a refund BEFORE any
feedback is left. If feedback is left for us before a request for a refund
is made, you have forfeited your chance to receive a refund.
We will not
refund your original shipping cost under any circumstances. Refunds will
be made within 5 days of receiving the item back in our store. Refunds
will be given in the same type of payment for which the item was paid.
UPS damaged package - If your package was sent via UPS, and arrives damaged,
please
contact us immediately. We are the point person for the UPS claim that
will need to be filed. We will need your home phone number to begin the
claim.
Feedback
We leave
feedback for EVERY auction we conduct on eBay. We only leave positive
feedback once positive feedback is received. Feedback will be
left immediately after receiving your feedback. Negative feedback is used
for those bidders who do not pay for items within the allotted time frame.
Local Pick Up
Winning
bidder may pick up the item from our location in Neptune, NJ 07753. An
appointment is needed for the item to be picked up. Please note that some
items may not be located in our office, they may be at our customer's home.

There is no additional charge to pick up your item at our store.
Office Hours
We are
located in an office in Neptune, NJ. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Emails sent after 6pm on Friday may take some time to receive a response.
We return all phone calls received on Saturday and Sunday on the following
Monday.
Monday
through Friday - 10am to 5pm Saturday/Sunday - closed, although we are
available for a local pick up on either day.
Although
we list our office hours as 10-5, there may be some instances where no one is in
the office, and we are out at appointments. For this reason, any local
pick up is by appointment only.
Ending Auctions Early
Please do not ask us what it will take to end this auction early. We let
ALL auctions go to the end, and only end auctions early if there is a mistake in
the auction description. If there is no buy it now attached to the
auction, we do not have a buy it now price. All requests and emails
inquiring about ending this auction early will not be addressed and will be
deleted.
About Our Auctions
Packrat Auctions is not the owner or seller of these goods, but merely a party
acting on behalf of the seller to facilitate the sale of these items here on
eBay.
