| General Policy
Please contact us before making any type of claim with PayPal or eBay. We will do our best to correct any mistakes.
We do our absolute best to accurately describe our items, however, we are not responsible for typographical errors in our auction descriptions, or the manufacturers specifications. Please verify all specifications with us yourself prior to purchase, and not after you receive the item.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to any new eBay user, an eBay user with excessive bid retractions, and or an eBay user with negative feedback reports.
Buyers should contact us via e-mail within 3 business days of the sale. The buyer will receive additional instructions for the completion of the sale via the e-mail notification.
Pre-Orders and Advanced Solicitations
If an item does not ship within 30 days of its scheduled release date buyers will be eligible to receive a full refund with no penalty.
Sometimes manufacturers change release dates. The dates in an item's description are tentative dates that are the most current at the time of the listing. If you have any questions about a ship date please contact us before you make a purchase.
If you should cancel a reservation of an item before it ships a 15% restocking fee of the total purchase will be assessed.
Item Payment Policy
Buyer is to pay ALL SHIPPING COSTS!
When sending payment for your item(s), please be sure to include item numbers, your name, and shipping address to avoid confusion.
We only accept payment in the form of: PayPal, personal US Check (please allow 10 days for clearance), money order, credit card via e-mail, phone, or fax.
We do NOT accept International Credit Cards!
When paying by Credit Card we will ship only to your confirmed billing address.
Items that are not paid for within 10 business days of the sale will no longer be available to you and we will notify eBay that a non-paying bidder closed the item. If you do not intend on paying within 10 days, please do not buy. However, we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances. These circumstances will be dealt with on an individual basis, and we should be contacted within 3 days of the sale if special arrangements are necessary.

Kentucky Residents will be charged 6% sales tax or provide a current resale license #.
Shipping Policy
Combined shipping discounts are available. Most similar size and weight items are eligible for a 50% discount on shipping.
In-store pick-up must be arranged before purchase. Otherwise item(s) must be shipped. In-store pick-up not available on all items.
All flat rates are for domestic shipping. (Continental US Only) This does NOT include: ALASKA, HAWAII or OUT OF COUNTRY! Please email us for the adjusted rates and shipping options.
We ship with Delivery Confirmation when using U.S.P.S.
International customers may experience delays in shipping due to customs. When shipping First Class sometimes it may take up to 45 or more business days. If you wish to cut down on shipping time please upgrade your shipping method.
We are not responsible for any items that may be lost or damaged in the mail if insurance is not purchased.
Please be patient, due to the volume of items we transact with, there could be occasional shipping delays.
Communication Policy
If you or your ISP utilizes software blocking "Spam" e-mails, be aware that our communication with you could possibly be restricted.
Please allow 72 hours on e-mail replies from the day they are received! It is our goal to make sure every customer
receives quality service. Please be patient with our e-mail response, due to the volume of e-mail we transact with there could be occasional e-mail delays.
Return Policy
All sales are final! However, exchanges will be made under one of the following circumstance applies:
Incorrect quantity of items.
Incorrect item was shipped.
Shipping damage in which case the recipient of the item must make a claim with the shipment carrier before placing a claim with us (NOTE: Insurance must have been purchased for this to take place). The Claim must also be complete before distribution of reimbursement can take place.
Refunds will be issued under special circumstances on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for buyers remorse in the event of not liking an item. We can not and will not be held liable for any kind of accident or consequential damage related to the use or misuse of this item under any circumstance. No suitability of use is expressed or implied in this sale. Shipping and return fees are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS!
