I contacted the Culver City Toyota parts department with my Toyota 4Runner VIN # to get the correct part # for the beige visor I needed. I researched eBay to find the correct part and ordered it. The seller shipped the product but it was the incorrect part. Not the same part #. I requested a return shipping label because it’s the wrong part and he won’t send me one. Seller wants me to pay to return the part even though it was his error. NOT FAIR I am very disappointed
