General Return Policy
We believe that in order to have the best online shopping experience, our customers should be provided with a hassle free, easy way to return items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and your order is not custom made, you can return your order to our warehouse for an exchange or credit within 30 days of the original purchase. All we ask is that you send the items back to us unused and unopened. Our self-service return process is designed to make it easy for you to return your items. Please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Send us a message through eBay within 30 days of the original purchase. Please provide us with your Order ID# and the reason that you would like to return the items.
Step 2: Melissa will contact you regarding your order.
Step 3: All that’s left for you to do is pack up your items securely in a padded envelope (please do not use a regular envelope, the items can get destroyed in the mailing process) with the original invoice and ship them back to:

Please note that it can take from 2 to 4 business days to process returns once they arrive to our warehouse. Once the return is inspected by Melissa we will process the exchange or credit and notify you by email.
Defective or Incorrect Items Return Policy
If we made a mistake in filling your order or if you received a defective item, please follow Steps 1, 2, and 3 above. During Step 3, please pack up the items to be returned in the original packaging and write Return to Sender, Refused on the outside of the packaging. We'll send you out the correct item when the return is received!
Custom Made Orders Return Policy
Because custom made orders are made to order with customer specified requirements, we are not able to accept returns on customs.
