We offer 1 year warranty for all items in my shop .
1) Refund excepting real shipping fee for no-reason-return within 3 days you got the item .
2) Full refund plugs return shipping fee if it is the quality problem ,and you shows pictures / video prove it .if no photo no video ,we considering it is no-reason-return .and this is 14 days effective after you got the item .
3) Full refund or resend a new one if buyer shows pictures or videos prove it is quality problem ,you pay for return shipping fee .and this is 30 days effective after buyer got the item
4) we offer free repair service if it exceed 30 days and within 1 year , but you pay for both return and reship fee ,if it need replacement ,you pay for it . |
