Due to paypal's buyer protection policy, we may refuse paypal auction payments over US$10 from unqualified buyers. In order to qualify for paypal, you must be a Paypal verified member with an excellent ebay feedback record. We request that payment is received within 48 hours of purchase.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
1.) When do packages ship?
We will ship items to the USA typically within 3 business days after payment is received. Customers paying by check must wait 7 to 10 days for check to clear before shipping proceeds. We ship daily Monday through Friday. All buyers should please notify us of time-sensitive shipments (such as gifts), we will prioritize urgent parcel shipment.
2.) Do you offer combined shipping?
YES. Customers may save on shipping costs by purchasing more than one item in a single order.

Express shipping is available. These services do of course have premium pricing. Please email us for a quote. If we can ship an item media mail we will do so according to USPS regulations. Please do not ask us to send a non-conforming item through media mail. No FedEx or DHL.

Shipping rates are determined by item weight. Shipping is not negotiable. Combined shipping is offered.

We use the United States Postal Service (www.USPS.com) for all international shipments. There are several shipping options including Express Mail International, Priority Mail International and First Class International. We typically use USPS Priority Mail for international shipments..
Surface Mail is no longer offered by the USPS!
First Class International is for small packages with dimensions (length, height and width) less 36 inches and weight under 4lbs. However this method offers NO tracking and therefore does not meet Paypal requirements. We may offer this option to buyers with an EXCELLENT reputation determined by feedback.
Priority Mail International is an expedited version of standard mail. Priority Mail is trackable to the point of departure within the USA at www.usps.com. Upon customs clearance, this method can also be tracked on some foreign postal websites. Insurance is included in shipping cost.
Express Mail International (EMS) is an expedited service which offers very fast delivery, online tracking capabilites, and $100 of insurance (with option to purchase addtl coverage).

We charge standard USPS international shipping rates Shipping is determined by weight of the packaged item. We do not match prices for eBay purchases due to fees and costs of selling on eBay..
3.) What about customs fees and duties? Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes which may be charged at point of entry. Each nation has different rules and restrictions. We suggest contacting your local post office or customs authorities for information.
Unfortunately under postal regulations, we are legally required to declare full value paid for the item on the customs form. However, we can at customers request declare the item as a "gift". Gift requests MUST be placed in the paypal notes section when making payment.

NO, From time to time, we may distribute coupon offers through our mailing list for discounts on our website (www.panikstoybox.com) You may email us at any time to see if we have a valid coupon code in effect. Generally non-auction prices are cheaper on our website. We do NOT offer discounts on eBay due to the fees and costs of using the service.
2.) I have a specific item that I want but do not see listed, can you help?
YES, we appreciate requests for items that we do not carry. We try to keep on top of the latest and greatest toys. We welcome recommendations. We may be able to locate an item from our wide range of distributors.
3.) What is the condition of product packaging? Is it guaranteed mint?
It is our goal to provide you the best possible quality item overall, however we cannot guarantee the condition of the outer packaging, only the item itself. The outer packaging is designed for the protection of the contents. Small imperfections such as creases, folds, scuffs, or tape on the packaging often occur during the manufacturing process or in the rigors of transport. We will note any severe damage in the item description. The Buyer by bidding agrees to the conditions stated above. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO refunds or adjustments due to minor packaging flaws.
