 | A: In the ever-changing world of coffee business, we occasionally end up with pieces of equipment that do not sell well; we decide to discontinue a certain product or product line; or we simply have overstock. We chose eBay to help us sell to a broader group of consumers and help to deplete our inventory of these overstock and slow-moving items. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to ship? |

 | A: Our business hours are 8am-4:30pm Eastern Time, Mon-Fri. Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order and usually ship in 2-3 business days. |
 | Q: What is your return policy? |

 | A: Generally, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless a major error occurred on our part. Details of return/refund will be discussed with buyer. |

 | A: Our shipping rates are very reasonable and calculated by weight according to buyer location. We will pack items together in a single box when possible. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: Shipping is based on location of buyer and weight of item. Generally, we do not charge for handling, but some instances may require that we do. Any additional charges will be noted on listing. |

 | A: We do ship internationally on most items. Buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or broker fees. |

 | A: We have a lot of different parts/equipment in our warehouse, and as our Service Department inventories old, overstock, and non-moving items, we then list them on eBay. If it is not listed in our store, then it is not yet ready to be sold on eBay. Please keep checking our store for newly listed items. |
 | Q: I am already a customer of yours, can I have my item delivered by my route driver? |

 | A: If you are already a customer and you are interested in items we have on eBay, you must complete the purchase as an eBay customer (using common currier delivery; delivery charges will apply). Outlet prices are not available through our route delivery system. |

 | Q: Why is this machine being sold "as is"? |

 | A: Because we will not be installing the equipment, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect installation that could result in damage. This is to protect ourselves from those who attempt to install/operate the equipment without the necessary knowledge, then want a return because because the machine is "broken". |
