Buyer should fully understand that:
Listed Item is factory new, unused BUT TESTED. Carton is opened on receipt from factory to inspect for damage during shipping from china. Package is again opened, inspected and the item is tested (not flown or used in any other way) before shipping to buyer.
Minor cosmetic damage to factory cartons in not unusual during shipping from china to us.

Our inspection and testing is done as courtesy to buyer and does not change this item from new to used status.

Total Purchase Price due within 3 days or item will be put back in stock and buyer will get the appropriate feedback.

Buyer is Responsible for shipping damage if insurance is not purchased. Foreign buyers are responsible for all duties and customs fees.

Prior to assembly and within 3 days of receipt, purchaser must inspect purchase for missing parts or damage. Purchaser must notify Park Flying within 3 days of receipt regarding missing parts or damage (unless prior notice to Park Flyers that purchase is a gift. Send comment with purchase regarding gifting date.

Cancellations prior to shipment are subject to 25% cancellation charge.

Full product or defective part(s) will be exchanged or replaced at our discretion. Park Flying reserves the right to replace the defective part(s) rather then replace or exchange full product. We reserve the right to request purchaser to return the defective part(s) or product before replacement or exchange is approved. Contact Park Flying for a return authorization.

Products or parts must be returned at the purchaser's expense, including insurance fees. Purchaser agrees to and accepts that they may have to pay all return shipping and handling fees should an exchange occur. This will be decided on a case by case basis.

Park Flying is not responsible for any or all damages resulting to or from the use of this product. Further, Park Flying and is not responsible for any damage from use, misuse, wear and tear or the crashing of aircraft purchased though purchaser usage.

Purchaser understands that Park Flying sells sophisticated Radio Control Model Airplanes. These are not toys and should not be used without parental and adult supervision. These flying models are not appropriate for us by anyone under the legal age of 16 or by anyone without the skill, training and experience to fly and operate these models safely.

Every effort has been made to accurately describe the products offered for sale at Park Flying. The manufacturer, however might make changes or modifications to their products. We cannot be responsible for any manufacturers changes or modifications.

While these light weight painted foam models are very resilient, they are susceptive to very minor cosmetic dings and scratches through normal handling both in the field and in shipping. All models are hand inspected for broken or missing parts before shipping to customer.
