How do you get combined shipping?
To get combined shipping, PLEASE DO NOT PAY AFTER EACH ITEM.
Do we offer combined shipping discounts? - YES!
(You pay shipping only on the FIRST item. Additional items get FREE SHIPPING!)
Does this include items from our other listings? - YES! (For all items, except for Vises and Fly Tying Kits)

Advantages of using the "Add To Cart" button:

- Choose an item you want
- On the item page, Click the "ADD TO CART" Button. (NOT THE 'BUY IT NOW' BUTTON.)

- You will see the items in your 'cart' - BUT DON'T PROCEED TO CHECKOUT YET!
- Go back to our store and add your other items. (You can use your browser's back button)
- (In the eBay App, go back to the item you just added and click "Seller's Other Items" under "About the seller")
- When you are finished adding items, click "proceed to checkout" and complete payment
- You are not committed to buy any items in your cart.
- You can ADD and REMOVE items BEFORE you pay.
- You can check the total and make changes WITOUT BEING COMMITTED TO BUY.
REMEMBER: Other Members can STILL buy these items until you pay.
Once you pay, they are yours.

If you paid after each item:
We can only give you PARTIAL REFUND
Some of your fees are not refunded to us by eBay and PayPal.
Because of this, $1.00 of each of your extra shipping payments will not be refunded. It is also very time consuming to process refunds, because it must be done one-by-one on each item through PayPal. (We do not like these fees, but we have no choice)
Again, PLEASE DO NOT PAY SEPARATELY FOR YOUR ITEMS.
Where does your shipping money go?
NOTE: eBay requires Top-Rated Sellers to provide a Tracking Number.
This means we have to send all orders as a Package (which is faster!) not in an envelope with stamps (which is slower and likely to get DAMAGED.)
We only charge $3.25 shipping in the U.S.
And here's where that money goes:
- $0.32 Together, eBay & PayPal Charge Us 12% FEES on your SHIPPING FEES (Talk about greedy!)
- $0.30 PayPal ALSO charges us this $0.30 transaction fee on top of that!
- $2.60 for (1 ounce) postage with tracking (required for Top-Rated Sellers)
- $0.30 Package materials (Strong Poly Bubble Envelope, Paper, Labels etc)
- $3.52 TOTAL COST TO US (Since we only charge $3.25, we lose $0.21 even if you only buy 1 feather)
Even if you buy 500 different items, and your order weighs 100lbs
you will still pay only $3.25 for U.S. orders.
(This is truly an awesome deal)
We actually lose money on shipping.
We cannot give you free shipping, but as you can see, we do give you a big discount.
How long will it take for your package to arrive?
For U.S. destinations, usually 4 business days or less.
Our goal is to ship every order, one business day after your payment.
(If you pay on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we ship on Monday)
(Except on U.S. Federal Holidays, because the Post Offices are closed.)
But please remember, once we take your package to the post office, we have no control over delivery.
The same way that you have no control over your letters, after you put them in the mail box.
If you do not receive your order after 2 weeks from your payment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix the problem and make sure you get what you paid for.
We take good care of our customers. If there is any problem, please tell us, and we will do our best to fix it for you.
Unless otherwise noted in the item description, we accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, BUT you need to contact us FIRST.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.
If an item is defective, you must return it using U.S. Mail First Class. If the item can not be shipped first class, you must return it by the least expensive U.S. Priority Mail option
So if you pay for more expensive shipping options, we will not reimburse you for the extra cost
