Shipping & Payment
I offer shipping discounts if you purchase multiple items. Discounts vary based on items won. Contact me if you have any questions or issues with the discounts. Shipping charges include: all handling charges. Insurance is optional, but strongly encouraged, unless otherwise noted. If insurance is not purchased contact me if there is a problem with your order so that I may offer a quick resolution. I ship all items internationally unless otherwise noted. I ship to multiple addresses and to alternate addresses for gift purchases. I reserve the right to upgrade shipping to Priority, switch to UPS, or to send First Class instead of Parcel, etc. Partial refunds for S/H will be issued if necessary.

Q:Do you offer expedited or next day shipping?
A:We ship all items through the USPS or UPS. FedEx delivery is available upon request. If you need your item expedited or next day please contact us for details and prices.

A:We can not by law change the value of the item for customs.
Q:I live in your area can I pick up my items?
A:You must contact us first to ensure your item can be picked up and has not already shipped.
Q:Do you offer exchanges or merchandise credit?
A:We offer exchanges and merchandise credit on all of our used and refurbished items.
Q:I bought a DVD and opened it and would like to return it?
A:All opened DVD, HD-DVD and Blu-ray may be exchanged for the same title if you have opened the item.
Q:What is your return policy?
A:All items have a full money back guarantee unless stated otherwise in an items ad. The item must be returned in its original condition. If it is a sealed item it must be unopened when returned. Items must be returned within 7 business days or you must contact me to let me know you are returning an item. I will refund your full purchase price.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:I combine shipping. I offer discounts when you buy 2 items. And, the more you buy the bigger the discount.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:All items ship within 24 hours of payment clearing. If there is a delay in shipping the item you will receive an email within 24 hours with options for an immediate resolution.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Varies based upon the item and how many are won.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:I will ship internationally. If you are outside the US or Canada please contact me for shipping charges.
