Infiniti is the luxury division of Nissan. Founded in 1989, this division competes with Acura and Lexus (both from Honda), and all three entered the U.S. around the same time. Since that time, Infiniti has continued to expand and grow in the U.S. and globally. It currently sells its vehicles in 15 different countries around the world.
Because of the commitment to luxury, each vehicle in the Infiniti lineup is carefully crafted for excellent performance and a completely pleasurable driving experience. Infiniti’s designers and engineers work carefully to ensure that each vehicle lives up to high standards. Currently, there are six different Infiniti vehicles selling on the American market: three cars, two crossovers, and one SUV, each of which comes in several models.
The cars in the Infiniti lineup are the Infiniti G Coupe, Infiniti G Sedan, and Infiniti M. All three of these come in four different models, offering different levels of power, convenience, and technology.
 The G Coupe was a new introduction in 2008, and is most notable for its performance and very sleek body style. It has been featured in several automotive magazines, and was named one of the “10Best” vehicles of 2009 by Car and Driver magazine. Infiniti also got #1 in Vehicle Satisfaction in a survey of new car owners.
 The Infiniti G Sedan is a four-door version of the G Coupe. This mid-size luxury car has been in production since 1991 and is known for its combination of comfort and performance. It was also featured on the “10Best” list for 2009. The G Sedan is most notable for its smooth and powerful acceleration, flowing interior environment and premium technology.
Finally, the Infiniti M is the third car in the Infiniti lineup. Classified as a midsize premium car, the M is designed for heightened sophistication. It has won several major awards for safety, luxury, automotive excellence, resale value, and ownership experience. Most notably, Infiniti recently was honored as the “Highest Ranked Midsize Premium Car in Initial Quality” by the esteemed J.D. Power and Associates.
 The Infiniti EX is one of Infiniti’s two crossover SUVs (which seek to combine the economy and handling of a sedan with the style and comfort of a sport utility vehicle). The EX is brand new to the U.S. market, having debuted in 2008. Its body style is a five-door lift back (similar to a modernized station wagon), and Infiniti markets the vehicle as a “personal luxury crossover.” Distinguishing features include its stylized exterior and refined interior environment.
The second crossover is the Infiniti FX, which is similar to the EX, but larger and more geared toward high-performance. Marked by leather seating and Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, the FX has a stronger, more powerful engine and a more sophisticated transmission.
 The final member of the Infiniti lineup is the Infiniti QX56, a full size SUV that was released in 2004. The QX56 is Infiniti’s strongest, most powerful, most spacious vehicle. It’s highlighted by a roomy luxury interior and advanced interior features, plus generous cargo room and a sophisticated exterior appearance.
