We provide free shuttle services from our two closest major airports; Los Angeles (LAX) and Burbank (BUR).
Dealer services and vehicle preparation fees are collected by Parkway Motorcars Direct and are not required by law.
All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Los Angeles County, CA. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Los Angeles County, CA and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Los Angeles County, CA.
It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be in conducted in Valencia, California.
Please keep in mind that no used vehicle is perfect, expect some normal cosmetic and mechanical wear.
Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly do to local test-driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing.
Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing are acceptable forms of payment. All funds must be in US dollars only. The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection, deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership productivity.
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Parkway Motorcars charges local county based sales tax (LA County 8.25%). Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. A $49 vehicle prep fee will be applied to all vehicles, which includes detailing the vehicle, inspecting the vehicle, and checking tires and fluids before shipment or sale. These are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold in 'As Is' condition. However, some vehicles may still be in factory warranty or a Service Contract may be purchased. Vehicles 10 years old and newer with less than 80,000 miles qualify for our 3 Year 100,000 mile Parkway Motorcars Direct Certified Pre-Owned service contract (Power Train Service Contract which costs $595 and is backed by GMAC Insurance Services and usable Nationwide). Vehicles that are older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt. An $8.75 tire fee will be applied to all new vehicle sales.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please visit USHIP to obtain multiple shipping quotes. Parkway Motorcars Direct assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Parkway Motorcars - Valencia, CA within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. Winning bidder MUST make $500 eBay deposit within 24 hours or risk a no-sale default
If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
