| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:When you buy from us, you are SAFE! We accept ANY item back, for ANY reason, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, for 30 days! If you wish to return an item, we will happily, and quickly refund your money, less shipping costs. This is a major reason that PartPeddler stands a"part" from the rest. We take the risks so you won't have to! |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We try to do this every time we can. Sometimes orders are placed too far apart for us to do this, since we try to ship orders as quickly as possible, but if you contact us beforehand, and alert us to a multiple order, we will make sure to combine shipping and save you some money! |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:Unless a customer contacts us for changes, we ship using UPS. We have found, through customer response, that most packages arrive within a few business days. Some arrive even sooner. UPS advertises a 1-6 day window for their ground service, and it is almost never later than that. But if you want it quicker, just contact us! It's that simple! |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:The shipping and handling charges are different for each item, depending on its size, shape, etc. We have a default price with each listing that applies to any particular item that is shipped to an address within the continental U.S.(not including Alaska). We will still ship anywhere at all, but for other areas, we will need to be contacted first. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We will happily ship anywhere in the world. But, as mentioned before, if you desire items to be shipped outside the lower continental United States, you will need to contact us first, and we will be very happy to provide a shipping quote. You will find our contact information on every listing we post. |
| Q:Do you sell used or recycled items? |
|
| A:No, we do not. Every item we sell is brand new, factory packaged, and in pristine condition. We buy only new factory made parts and we don't want, or have, used or recycled items in our inventory at this time. |
| Q:What if I am not sure that the part you have listed is the right part for my particular appliance? |

| A:If you want to be certain that any of our items will work for you, or you have any questions about any item listed, just contact us. In these cases, it is very helpful to have the model number of the appliance you are trying repair or accessorize. We will then be able to find out, with certainty, if the item listed will work for you. |
| Q:Some of your listings say that you have the "best guarantee", what does that mean, exactly? |

| A:Well, it means that we guarantee your satisfaction for a full 30 days, no matter what. You will find very few businesses that offer such a customer-friendly return policy on the internet. We think this is important for our customers to know, because they can buy from us with the knowledge that their purchase is safe far longer than a measley week! |
| Q:Do your parts come with a warranty? |

| A:All the parts we sell at PartPeddler Appliance Parts come with a factory warranty that is individual to each item, as well as our own invaluable guarantee. |
| Q:Do you offer shipping discounts? |

| A:Yes, for orders within the contiguous United States, we automatically, deduct 50% off the price of shipping for each additional item. This is done automatically, and will be reflected in the invoice prior to payment. |
