This is an excellent seller and will do business with them again! Printhead works perfectly and was an easy install/repair with the directions that came with it! Had a slight delay in shipping but was not seller's fault. Our wonderful U S Postal service sat on the product after receiving it for 3 days with no movement. Reached out to seller and they got right on it and received product this afternoon. Again, this WAS NOT the seller's fault and their communication and response time was superb!!!
