Shipping and Payment

All prices include UK VAT at the current rate and free delivery to UK mainland (check method per listing).

Express delivery available for all items on request.

We do ship Internationally. Please contact us for excellent rates.

All prices include UK VAT at the current rate and free delivery. Products will only be shipped on receipt of cleared funds. For UK customers the following methods of payment are accepted:
1) BACS or CHAPS bank payments
2) PayPal - we will only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses
3) Postal Order/Cheque
4) Credit or Debit Card.

For Non UK customers the following methods of payment are accepted:
1) PayPal - we will only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses
2) Bank Transfers
3) Credit or Debit Card.

For Bank Transfers or Credit/Debit card payments we can accept payments in Euros or US Dollars. Please contact us for an Exchange Rate if you wish to pay in Euros or US Dollars. All our prices include UK VAT @ the current rate. Goods supplied outside the European Union (EU) or for despatch to VAT registered customers in other EU countries are eligible to be zero-rated for VAT.

All free delivery applies to UK mainland only. Please contact us for rates to other areas. To keep our prices as low as possible in most cases as standard we offer free shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post (UK mainland only for items up to 2kg). If free shipping by courier is offered in our listings, please note this is to UK Mainland only (excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands). For customers outside Mainland UK, please contact us for shipping costs.

Please note, 1st or 2nd class post even when sent recorded, is not a time guaranteed service. If you choose to have your item sent via 1st or 2nd class post, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to expedite your delivery once it has left us. In the rare cases where delivery is delayed from Royal Mail, we suggest checking with your local sorting office to see if anything is being held there for you. Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 15 working days have passed since the item was posted.

If you require an urgent delivery that is trackable, you will need to choose the Other 24hr Courier option or request a quote.

We confirm all despatches through eBay once shipped.

Please note, for all shipments, invoices are included in the parcel. Should you not want it to be included, please contact us by telephone. Unfortunately, eBay messages cannot be seen on our order system.

Section 1: Returns

All transactions entered into by 3B-IT Ltd with the *consumer are subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This states that the buyer has the right to cancel the contract and that such cancellations must be notified in writing to the seller within a period of 7 working days from date of receipt of goods. *Consumer is defined as a customer making a purchase for their own personal use. Purchases made on behalf of a business (Public or Private) are not covered by the distance selling act. Please follow the below procedure to return your goods:

(1) Complete the RMA form on our website http://www.3b-it.co.uk/#!admin

(2) Once an RMA number is issued the product must be returned to us within 14 days. Please ensure that you include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip with your return and that the RMA number is clearly visible (please do not mark or apply labels directly to any product or product packaging as this may effect it’s resale value)

(3) Return the product in its original sealed packaging and in an undamaged, resellable condition. Please also ensure that you include any manuals, components and other associated literature (if applicable).

(4) Please note that refunds will not be made in relation to products that we determine have not been returned in an undamaged and resellable condition.

(5) Please note that you are responsible for all return postage and shipping costs. We recommend you send your package by registered post or courier with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. We cannot accept any liability for goods that are damaged in transit. If you would like us to collect the goods from you a charge will be made depending on the size of the product. (Minimum £15).

Section 2: Defective and Damaged Products

(a) Damaged in transit
Should you receive a product which is damaged on arrival it must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt and the delivery note should be signed stating that the product has arrived damaged when the product is returned. Please complete the RMA form on our website http://www.3b-it.co.uk/#!admin. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

(b) Dead on Arrival (D.O.A.)

If your items are faulty on arrival or develop a fault within 30 days from their invoice date please complete an RMA request form following the procedure detailed in Section 1 above. Once we have received the faulty items back into our warehouse and verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. If your returned item is tested and found not to be faulty we will return the item to you at your expense. In some cases the manufacturer will offer an onsite warranty with next business day response. In these instances it is often best to invoke the warranty as an engineer will be able to diagnose and repair the fault onsite.
