The item was shipped in a timely manner and carefully packed. Although the wrong item was sent, it clearly was an honest mistake. The seller did an excellent job of troubleshooting and maintained EXCELLENT communication throughout. The item was returned and refund issued accordingly. I was VERY impressed with this seller and have absolutely NO problem doing business with her in the future. Overall excellent customer service. Thankfully the seller double wrapped both the outer box and the inside contents of the package in plastic wrap, since the delivery service left the package out in a driving rain storm, when two covered porches were not more than a few steps away. Again, the seller more than adquately protected the contents of the package and overall excellent service!! The only reason I marked shipping costs down a notch is that the delivery service was not satisfactory.

44 year old toy was shipped in a mailer envelope with some wrap. While the wrapping was tight there was still damage to the blisterpack on the bottom and there is now a crack and small hole at the bottom. The photos from the sale show a "new" item, the poorly packaged figure I received isn't new. I did two make a deal purchases, and these items could have easily been put into a box for the identical shipping prices I paid of $10.00 total dollars. I hope the other figure wasn't shipped like this
