Q. How does free shipping after one time shipping fee work?
A. Save on shipping cost by paying a one - time shipping fee based on the highest item to ship and shipping for the rest is free, some restrictions apply. Please wait for invoice to pay. Example: If you buy 2 rockets and the shipping fees are $4.95 for one and 6.05 for the other. The shipping fee would be $6.05 and the second rocket would be free.
Q. Do the NASA patches qualify for this free shipping offer?
A. Due to the number of patches in a set and the size and weight of some patches we do not offer this free shipping offer, however we will only charge the additional fee 0.18 cent per item for domestic orders and 0.35 cents for international orders. Example: If you ordered 2 rockets with a shipping fee of $4.95 and the other $6.05 and a NASA patch the shipping cost would be the highest shipping item cost which is $6.05 plus 0.18 for the NASA patch for a total of all 3 items $6.23.
Q. Do you ship rockets internationally?
A. Yes. We ship worldwide, however we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. We are not responsible for duty fees or customs regulations. Check with you customs agency to see that you can have these items mailed to you. We do not offer insurance for international orders.
Q. Are the rockets & NASA patches you sell authentic?
A. Yes, except for some special NASA payload patches we carry. We are official manufacture distributors of all items we sell.
Q. How soon will I receive my order?
A. We ship all items on the following days upon payment verifications Mon-Wed-Fri-Sat. In most cases we will ship your item(s) on the same day as ordered. USPS on a first class or parcel delivery is 6-10 days, most of are rockets ship on a 2-3 day priority shipment. We ship all international orders first class rate only.
Q. Do you offer shipping Insurance?
A. Yes, we offer shipping insurance. We buy are insurance from are shipping.com center, the package will not be marked for security reasons like theft and so on...
Q. Where do I go to buy Rocket engines for my rockets?
A. Ebay policy does not allow us to sell rocket engines on ebay, however if you request this information from us we would be happy to assist you.

Q. How do I start my own flying model rocket fleet?
A. The best way to begin model rocketry is with an flying model rocket Starter Set or Launch Set. You can either start with a Ready To Fly Starter Set or Launch Set that has a fully constructed model rocket or a Starter Set or Launch Set with a rocket that requires assembly prior to launching. Both types of sets come complete with an electrical launch controller, adjustable launch pad and an information booklet to get you out and flying in no time. Launch Sets let you choose your own engines (not included). You’ll need four ‘AA’ alkaline batteries and perhaps glue, depending on which set you select.
