I just wanted to follow-up and let you know that I did receive the replacement package of the Prestige WonderFull lip glosses -- and thank you soooo much for the bonus glosses! I also wanted to tell you that your "venting" email response gave me a good chuckle. Haha! I'm sure that making me laugh wasn't your primary goal, but I really got a kick out of it. Your frustrations sound very much like my own, only from the seller end. It certainly is a real shame that more buyers don't realize the delays and damages that the USPS causes, but feel free to share my story with any buyers that give you trouble. It's definitely not the seller's fault when the postal carrier decides to misplace a package for a month, smash it to bits or dunk it into a swimming pool prior to delivery. I'm not sure why the USPS has gone downhill so drastically, but it's a real pity. |
