SHIPPING & HANDLING

• Domestic US:
  • CALCULATED shipping is applicable to ALL US continents, territories and possessions UNLESS noted in the listing.
  • FREE or FLAT rate shipping is only applicable to 48 CONTIGUOUS US STATES. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other non 48 contiguous US locations will incur reasonable additional shipping charge and be billed separately, please ask before buying.
  • We only ship to confirmed Postal and/ or Paypal address.
     
• International:
  • International shipping is available on majority of our items. Please check the listing for international shipping options. We have shipped to our customers all over the world.
  • Please understand that International shipping can take longer than regular domestic shipping due to the distance and customs delays.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the destination country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
  • Buyer are responsible to find out if the item that he/ she purchase can enter the destination country. Seller assumes no responsibilities if the item cannot pass customs. Please check with the destination country's customs office prior to bidding or buying.
  • For non-packaging item, we only ship with USPS Priority Mail International (or USPS Express Mail International upon request) which is more expensive than regular parcel but more secure and faster.
     
• High shipping and handling cost? Not at all.
  On some items like packaging materials e.g. boxes, tubes, tapes, bubble wrap etc. are either very heavy and/ or big. The shipping cost is calculated based on the ACTUAL AND DIMENSIONAL weight of the item. If the dimensional weight is bigger, the shipping cost will be  calculated based on that.
  In addition, we add in handling charges to the shipping cost, especially for big, heavy, fragile and/ or breakable items. We properly pack and use only high quality packing materials to ensure your item arrived safely. The handling charge is necessary to cover the cost of materials and labor. In many occasions we subsidize or cover all the Shipping & Handling charges.

Holidays and Working Days

Item will be shipped after payment is received during regular business days: Monday to Friday, except holidays.

RETURNS

• Used (Pre-owned) Items:

No return or exchange. All sales are final.

• New Items:

We believe in full satisfaction of the product that you purchase. Return will be honored within 14 days of receiving the items. Items cannot be be returned more than 14 days after deliver, refunds are not allowed after that time. No exceptions.

There is a 18% restocking fees applied to the cost of all items being returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees including necessary insurance and packaging for item safety.

All returned items must be in new, un-used, re-sellable, un-opened and un-broken conditions in its original packaging.

All items returned must be clearly marked with the return authorization number provided. Please do not write or place any markings on the items being returned. All returns are subject to approval by the seller. Seller has the right to reject returned items if the items are not in the conditions required above.
