Payments: Pearl Prefers PayPal (Try saying that 3 times fast!)
All Payments are Due within 7 days. Please let Pearl know you have received an invoice within 3 days. If you need additional time to pay, please contact Pearl prior to bidding. We work to complete all orders in a timely manner.
International Customers: Even Pearl cannot control Customs delays, Taxes, and/or Fees collected by Foreign Agencies upon Delivery!
We are happy to ship Worldwide via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We do not charge handling on International Priority shipments. Instead, we keep whatever discount we may receive for purchasing the postage online. USPS Priority can be traced and includes some indemnity insurance provided by the post office.
We have recently added the International 1st Class shipping option to some of our listings. Through another service we will be able to insure the shipment. We will charge a handling fee, based on the value of the treasure, so that we can purchase insurance for the shipment.
Shipping Calculator: A shipping estimate is always provided so that you can Pay and Go.
If the Calculator is incorrect, don’t worry, Pearl is an Honest Girl. Shipping will never be more than stated on the listing and sometimes it is less. We refund any overpayments the same day we ship.

If you are anything like Pearl, We know You want “IT” Now. Every treasure is securely wrapped in New Foam, Bubble Wrap and cushioned with new packing peanuts. To keep shipping costs reasonable, we help local small businesses recycle clean boxes and styrofoam. So we are able to Double Box as needed and use lots of Styrofoam to ensure your treasure arrives safely. 97% of all orders ship within a day of cleared payment. Occasionally, we may need an extra 24hrs to custom box or combine large orders. We GUARANTEE All Packages will be shipped within 48hrs of your cleared payment.

In the rare event your treasure arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP. It is important that you keep all packaging materials and the box. We will request a digital photo of the box and damaged item. We may also ask for your assistance to file any appropriate forms before we will be able to issue a full refund.
Condition: We Recycle History
While Pearl will not divulge all of her bargain hunting secrets, she has confirmed that most of what we sell is obtained from estate sales, dusty shops and attics. If Pearl falls in love with an item or gets a fabulous deal that she can pass on to you, she may be willing to live with a small bump or bruise. We realize that what one person sees as minor, another may not be able to live with. We do our best to point out all imperfections. We also depend on pictures to tell the story and some listings have as many as 12 images.
We never use stock photographs. All pictures are of the actual item you will receive. Be sure to click on any one of the images in the listing to see all of the larger images. If you have any questions, need additional pictures, or find an error in our description, please do not hesitate to let us know. We do our best to respond within a few hours.
Returns: All returns must be authorized by Pearl.
If our description has missed the mark, or if there is a problem, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We are devoted to correcting any errors. We will work to make it right. When Pearl authorizes a return, we will refund 100% of your payment, including return shipping as soon as the item is returned.
