Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is due within 3 days. I accept Paypal and money orders. I LOVE to combine shipping! Normally, I use USPS priority mail with a confimation number unless it is cost prohibitive. All Sales are Final. If there should be a problem, please contact me and we WILL work it out.
