Return Policy ~ Penguin Love Silicone Molds

I test molds prior to shipping. A soap sample is poured to insure you receive a quality mold without flaws.

Returns for Material Flaws will be accepted within 5 days of receipt of merchandise (delivery confirmation date you received the merchandise). You must email to receive authorization to return within those 5 days.

Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Once received I will check the mold and if the mold is indeed flawed, you will be credited for the shipping charges in store credit or refunded with the replacement mold.

Refunds will be issued in store credit only or replacement of the mold.

Penguin Love can not be held responsible for:

• Inability to use certain waxes or soaps in the mold.
• Inability to blend colors to achieve a certain effect.
• Inability to obtain a desired effect.
• Inexperience in candle or soap making.

Please know how to work with your products before purchasing a mold to achieve a certain effect.  Because you saw something in a magazine, brochure or store, does not mean you can make it. Techniques are very important.  Penguin Love offers you the mold only. It is up to you to create a finished piece from the raw materials you use.  Know the different waxes and soaps before you buy a mold.
