- my "Pending Patent" for the process I have created and developed for candle molds
- original sculpted copyrighted pieces (yes I do register my pieces with the United States Copyright Office)
It is important to preserve and secure the financial investment my customers initiate when they purchase a Penguin Love Mold.
A genuine Penguin Love Mold can only be purchased through Penguin Love, and not on the secondary market.
My molds are PROPRIETARY and can Not be Resold, Reproduced or Duplicated without my express written consent. Email concerning my buy-back policy if and when the time arises. (Items to be listed through eBay).

Contrary to popular belief, all silicone is not the same, nor is the process of mold making the same.
Penguin Love takes great care to insure the integrity of the molding process which also includes specific care instructions for a Penguin Love Mold. Care is Paramount to the life and longevity of the mold.
When one buys a "used" silicone mold, you have no idea how the mold was cared for, stored and to what extent it was used or abused. With "used" molds you get "buyer beware" which is why they sell for pennies on the dollar.
Every customer has the right to expect the best from a Penguin Love Mold and unfortunately, second hand sales fall short of those expectations.
