I understand it is difficult to purchase clothing online. I try to provide accurate measurements however I understand that even with the most accurate measurements, sometimes an item just doesn't fit. I want you to be completely satisfied with your store purchase, therefore I do accept returns.  

Returns accepted only from the United States and Canada, all other international sales are final.

If you find you need to return merchandise, please notify me within three days of receipt of item. Please do not send back a package without contacting me first.

Merchandise must be returned in brand new condition. All tags (if any) must still be attached with no odors, marks, tears or stretches.

Once you have notified me of the return request you may send the item back in the same envelope (if possible) or a similar sized envelope through the USPS. Remember, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipment.

Please write the auction number on the envelope.


Return for Store Credit: When I receive your item I will contact you and give you the store credit minus shipping cost. Original shipping cost does not count towards store credit.  I will not charge a handling fee for the second shipment so shipping cost will be exact according to weight. Once you have chosen and purchased your new item I will send you an invoice with the credit applied and any remaing amount due, if applicable. 

If you received free shipping on the original purchase you will still need to pay shipping for the replacement item.

 

Return for Exchange: If you are returning your item for a different size of the same item, do not purchase the new size from the store, simply notify me and I will replace it with the correct size.

Return for Refund: Do to the abuse of my return policy I can no longer accept returns for a refund. Thank you for understanding.
