In this picture we have taken a piece of regular glass and a piece of conservation glass, placed a white sheet of paper behind them and shined a black-light in front of them. A black-light is basically just a U.V. light source. The conservation glass is on the left, the regular glass is on the right and no glass in between them. As you can see there is a major difference with the conservation glass but not much at all with regular glass.

Here we have two videos using the same set up as with the picture-white paper behind and black-light infront. The first video is regular glass and the second one is with the conservation grade.

    I assure you that both of these panes of glass are completely clear. The reason you see a shadow when the conservation glass is moved between the black-light and the paper is because 98% of U.V. light is being blocked by the clear film on one side of the glass.
