The PerfectWatch ® Guarantee
Payment or communication regarding payment is expected within 48 hours of commitment to buy.
- You must be 100% satisfied with anything you purchase from Perfect Timing. If we cannot make it right, we will offer you a full refund
- All of our time pieces will undergo a thorough 14-point inspection process prior to shipment: 7 points prior to listing and 7 points after purchase
- All of our products are guaranteed to be authentic or as stated. Should you take an item that you have purchased from Perfect Timing to a jeweler and find it to be counterfeit, we will not only refund your purchase price plus shipping, but the cost of conducting the test as well
- We will respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours or you will receive a 10% discount from your next purchase (excludes Best Offers)
- You will not receive better service from ANYONE, either on the Internet or from a traditional brick and mortar retailer
- You will receive only honest answers to your questions
- We will never try to sell you something you do not need
- We will never "bait and switch" you
- We will always take the utmost in care when packaging your product for shipping
- We will NOT use packing peanuts for any of our time pieces - EVER
- We will ship all of our time pieces within one business day after purchase (unless otherwise stated in description)
- We will only list time pieces that we have in stock. In the unlikely event that you purchase something we do not have in stock, you will be offered a choice:
o Wait until the item comes in
o Choose an alternative item
o Receive a full refund or cancelled order
- Every time piece and piece of jewelry will receive the PerfectTiming White Glove Treatment when being handled for either photos, inspection or shipping
- If sold as new, your watch will arrive in new condition
- Nobody will work harder to find you the ''PerfectWatch''®
The PerfectWatch ® 14-point Inspection
- Upon receiving all watches from our vendors, we personally inspect the watches by:
o Wearing only white gloves
o Checking for flaws in the watch band, casing and crystal utilizing a 10x jeweler's loupe
o Checking all gems settings with a 10x jeweler's loupe (if applicable)
o Setting the time and date
o Running the watch for 24 hours to check for time loss/gain and functionality*
o Check to make sure that all paperwork matches our descriptions
o Record the serial number
o Pull the crown in order to stop the watch and preserve battery life (on all battery operated watches)
- When you win/order & pay for your watch, we personally inspect the watches a second time by:
o Wearing only white gloves
o Checking for flaws in the watch band, casing and crystal utilizing a 10x jeweler's loupe
o Checking all gem settings with a 10x jeweler's loupe (if applicable)
o Setting the time and date for your time zone
o Running the watch for 24 hours to check for time loss/gain and functionality*
o Check to make sure that all paperwork mates our descriptions
o Record your name to match the serial number of the watch you have purchased
o Push the crown in so that your watch will be running and ready to go the moment you remove it from the packaging
All watches will include a checklist indicating that the above process has been completed satisfactorily. In the event that the watch fails any of the steps after you have purchased it, we will inform you and offer you the choice to refund your money or offer you a choice of either a replacement or substitute.
*Please note: All mechanical and automatic watches, due to their nature, tend to either lose or gain time at a greater rate than electric/quartz watches, so there is a greater allowance for accuracy in a 24 hour period. |
