- All returns submitted for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 14 days of your receival.
- All order cancellations will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee if the order has been processed
- We will not refund any shipping costs associated with your purchase. On items with free shipping we will refund the full amount minus the actual shipping cost.
- We stock every product we list, however from time to time we do have inventory errors, if we are out of the product that you have purchased we will dropship the product from the manufacturer directly to you
- The quantity available in the auction is in no way associated with our actual inventory, many times we have much more available.
- If you choose to use the "Submit Best Offer" option you will only be purchasing the main item in that auction. Any other specials (i.e. free items) will not be included in the purchase.
- The Submit Best Offer process is automated, we will not honor any special requests listed in the notes. If you want to offer on more then one item then please submit multiple best offers, one for each product.
- Sales tax will be charged to the following states: VA, MD, PA, NC, WV and NJ
- We do not accept E-Checks through PayPal, if you submit an E-Check it will be rejected
